Whether you're working on a short-term assignment or something longer term, this guide will help you understand what to expect, how we work, and the support available to you throughout your time with us.

It’s designed to give you a clear overview of your rights, responsibilities, and the processes we follow to ensure your assignments run smoothly. If you ever have any questions or need further guidance, your Prestige representative is here to help.

The Agency Worker Relationship

As an agency worker with Prestige Recruitment Specialists Limited, you are engaged under a contract for services, which means we are your employer for the duration of your assignments, and you are supplied to work temporarily for our clients.

This relationship involves:

• You (the agency worker) – carrying out the assignment.
• Prestige (the agency) – your employer, responsible for pay, contracts, and support.
• The client (the hirer) – the company where you will be working under their day-to-day direction and supervision.

While you will work on-site and follow the client’s instructions during your assignment, Prestige handles your employment matters such as pay, holiday entitlement, and any queries or concerns. It’s important to remember that Prestige is your first point of contact for all employment-related matters.

We are here to support you throughout your placement and ensure your experience is safe, fair, and rewarding.

Your Responsibilities to Prestige Recruitment & Our Clients

We’ll always do our best to offer you assignments that suit your skills. In return, we ask that you maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct throughout your placement.

• Unable to attend work?

  Please contact us immediately so we can arrange cover. This helps us support the client and protect future opportunities for you.

• Assignment feedback

  We may ask for feedback on your experience, and clients may complete performance reviews too. This helps us improve and match you with the right work.

• Dress code

  Follow the dress code of the client you're assigned to. Your Recruitment Consultant can advise if you’re unsure what’s expected.

• End of assignment

  Make sure you take all personal belongings with you and return any items issued by the client (e.g. ID cards, uniforms, equipment).
