You must inform us of any changes to your personal details so we can keep your records accurate and up to date. This includes updates to:

• Name
• Next of Kin
• Address
• Telephone Number
• Medical Details
• Bank Details (must be updated in person — we do not accept changes over the phone or through a third party)

Please note that your information may be shared with our clients for auditing purposes and with relevant government bodies when required.
