Most of our clients operate a biometric system (such as fingerprint scanners) for clocking in and out of your shifts.
It is your responsibility to ensure you clock in and out correctly at the beginning and end of each shift.
Any issues with the system must be reported immediately to your site account manager.
Timesheets are generated automatically from the biometric data. Manual timesheets will only be accepted if authorised by the client.
Failure to clock in/out may result in delays in payment or discrepancies in your hours worked.

You will be paid at least the National Minimum Wage (NMW) for any work undertaken, which will be paid to you on a weekly basis in arrears.
This is paid direct into your bank account on the last working day each week. (Should this change for any reason you will be notified) If you do not have a bank account please ensure you speak to you Prestige representative and they will advise you of the best course of action.
All payslips will be emailed to you (every Wednesday) with a passcode that will be provided within the email containing the payslip.
