When you start a new assignment, you’ll be given an on-site induction carried out by the our onsite training team. This is to ensure you understand the site rules, health & safety procedures, and any job-specific requirements. You must attend this induction before beginning work.

Depending on the assignment, you may also be required to complete mandatory training, such as Food Safety or Hygiene, which may take place during your induction.

In some roles, there may be opportunities to work towards formal qualifications or certificates, and if so, this will be explained to you by the client or your Prestige representative.

While on assignment, your day-to-day supervision will be provided by the client’s on-site supervisor. However, your Prestige Account Manager is also available to support you throughout your assignment and should be your first point of contact for any concerns or queries relating to your work, attendance or wellbeing.
